About the event
Beloved family and friends, join us as Slough Ghana Seventh-Day Adventist Church joyfully marks 25 glorious years of worship, service, and shining Christ's light in Slough and beyond.
This milestone unfolds over four weeks of thanksgiving, reflection, and forward-looking hope:
Week 1: Family Retreat (Wednesday 8 – Sunday 12 April 2026): A refreshing getaway at the beautiful Hay's Wood Retreat to reconnect families through nature, fellowship, prayer, and God's Word.
Week 2: Community Outreach Week (Monday 13 – Sunday 19 April 2026): Taking God's love to the streets of Slough. We will be showcasing our church through health initiatives, acts of service, vibrant culture, and the transforming power of faith.
Week 3: Children & Youth-Led Week (Monday 20 – Sunday 26 April 2026): Our young ones take the lead. There is going to be inspiring services, programs, and testimonies led by our children and youth to celebrate the next generation of faith.
Week 4: Grand Finale & Main Celebration (Monday 27 April – Saturday 2 May 2026): Culminating in our historic 25th Anniversary Sabbath on Saturday, 2 May 2026 at 9:30 AM. This day is a powerful day of praise, testimonies, and thanksgiving followed by a special Musical Concert to close the celebration in joyful worship.
